The Bugaboo Bee Maxi-Cosi car seat adapter makes the ideal infant-to-toddler travel system. The compact, one-piece fold Bugaboo Bee will now be car seat compatible with select infant seats from Maxi Cosi, Cybex, and Nuna.
	
The adapter can be used with the Bugaboo Bee seat on or off and the stroller and can be folded with the car seat adapter attached to the chassis.
